Lacy is tall, addicted to bubble tea, and owns an adorable English Sheepdog, named Herb. She has also been crushing on her co-worker, Trey, since his first day at the office.

Her world comes crashing down the day she finds out that Trey has been given the promotion she has been working toward for years.
